Easy High Protein Waffles

Egg 2 large
Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt ½ cup
Milk 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup ½ tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Protein Powder 1 scoop
Rolled Oats ¾ cup
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp

Steps

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Pour ½ cup of batter into preheated waffle iron, cook for 3-4 minutes
