Bolognese Orzo

| Beef Mince | 500g |
| Passata | 500g |
| Dry Orzo | 1 cup |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Beef Stock | 1 cube |
| Grated Cheddar | 1 handful |
Steps
- Brown the beef mince with a little oil
- Add passata, orzo, beef stock cube, and 1 cup water
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking
- After 20 minutes, stir through with grated cheddar
