Bolognese Orzo

Straightforward and fairly dense

Ingredients

Beef Mince 500g
Passata 500g
Dry Orzo 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Beef Stock 1 cube
Grated Cheddar 1 handful

Steps

  1. Brown the beef mince with a little oil
  2. Add passata, orzo, beef stock cube, and 1 cup water
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking
  4. After 20 minutes, stir through with grated cheddar
